These guys saved our family vacation and were fantastic......we were out of towners driving down to Florida from Indiana for a long awaited family vacation. After a bathroom stop in southern Kentucky our A/C went out. We were going to try to drive the rest of the way without the A/C, but in late June that was not going over too well as we all six sweated away. Driving a Nissan, we first tried to call a Nissan dealer, but they said their shop was getting ready to close and could not help us that day. So, we stopped at a quick oil change place to see if they could help us out and they recommended these guys. We did not arrive at their shop until just before closing time. The guys stayed late and were very fast, they fixed the A/C (bad compressor) at a very fair price and were very nice to my family. We got back on our way in about 2 hours and didn't miss a beat of our vacation. I can't thank the staff enough. They took in total strangers and treated us like family. Try finding that at your big corporate shops. I would give them 100 stars if I could.

According to CBS News, Ford recently announced a recall that affects over 1.3 million vehicles that are primarily located in North America. The recall was issued mainly due to problems with rear suspension and transmission control software.

Roberts saved us when our car broke down on the interstate. Very competent repair at a reasonable price. This was on a Saturday and Robert was working on his personal car, but he stopped what he was doing and came out to the interstate and saved us. It was also his birthday. If I lived nearby by this would be my repair shop for my personal and business vehicles.
